PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coupling for an extracorporeal circulation module which are used for connecting a liquid port of an extracorporeal circulation module with a medical tube liquid-tightly and a medical adaptor.
SOLUTION: The coupling 100 for an extracorporeal circulation module has a coupler 90 connectable to the outer wall of the liquid port 1 and a locking nut 7 fitted to the coupler 90. The coupler 90 has a split cylindrical body 2 having a hinge 10 and an inner cylindrical outer pipe 14 connectable to the medical tube 6 and communicating with an opening of the liquid port 1. The inner circumference of the split cylindrical body 2 has an annular projection 4 that fits with an annular groove 25 located on the proximal side of the liquid port 1 when the split cylindrical body is connected to the liquid port 1. The split cylindrical body 2 further has projected lines 3 on its outer circumference. The inner circumference of the locking nut 7 has concave grooves 8 that fit with the projected lines 3 formed on the outer circumference of the coupler 90 when the locking nut is fitted to and rotated around the coupler 90.
