The front end of the cleaning bag supporting device (50) is a frame structure for supporting the cleaning bag (40), and the rear end is a hollow grip shape. The cleaning bag supporting device (50) comprises an upper cover (51), a lower cover (52) and an open elastic pressing ring (53). The upper cover (51) and the lower cover (52) are pressed and fixed to form a groove for accommodating the open elastic pressing ring (53). The bag opening of the cleaning bag (40) is tightly clamped between the groove and the open elastic pressing ring (53). The two ends of the open elastic pressing ring (53) are connected with a cleaning bag releasing device (60). A tail part of the upper cover (51) is equipped with an open slot (5101) in which the cleaning bag supporting device (50) moves forwards and backwards. The front and rear parts of the open slot (5101) are respectively equipped with a tension locking position (5102) and a release locking position (5103) for the open elastic pressing ring (53).
