The present invention provides a (BLPRE) Boswellia low-polarity gum resin extract, including a new plant chemical composition of other phytochemicals sesquiterpene obtained from the gum resin of Boswellia species, diterpenes, and triterpenes. The present invention also provides a composition comprising in combination with one or more components that are selected from mixtures of these bioactive components, functional ingredients, excipients, diluents, or carriers and additives, and BLPRE.
