PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To uniformize ventilation temperature of air to each of cultivation stages 4 of production shelves 2.SOLUTION: Provided is a cultivation and production facility in which a plurality of ventilation fans 16 for ventilating air in air supply area S between production shelves 2 to each of cultivation stages 4 on the shelves 2 are equipped to each of the cultivation stages 4 in a parallel arrangement where they are distributed in the shelve's long side direction.
