PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide ophthalmologic imaging device for reducing the load which might otherwise be applied to a drive unit for a focus index image or a drive unit for a focus lens.SOLUTION: A focusing operation portion 30 of a retinal camera 190 comprises a focusing operation starting portion 201 for starting a focusing operation and a focusing operation ending portion 203 for ending the focusing operation. The focusing operation starting portion 201 starts the first one of the focusing operations to be executed till an imaging operation is performed, if an optical system for observing an optometry eye E changes from the state for observing an anterior eye part to the state for observing a fundus oculi part, and executes that focusing operation till the focusing operation is ended by the focusing operation ending portion 203.
