At least one jaw member (110, 120) is configured for reciprocation of a blade (175) therethrough. A trigger assembly (180) includes a trigger (160) and at least one linkage (182, 184) coupled to the trigger (160) and to the blade (175) such that rotation of the trigger (160) translates the blade (175) between the retracted and the extended position. An interference member (186) moveable between a locked position and an unlocked position is also provided.
