PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet for bedding, which has a holding member and which can prevent an accident or injury from being caused, for example, because a user gets caught in the sheet for bedding, when the sheet for bedding is used as a bed sheet.SOLUTION: A sheet 1 for bedding is used for the bedding 4 on which a user 2 lies. The sheet 1 for bedding comprises a sheet body 10 that is laid on the bedding 4, and a holding member 20 that is provided on a surface, on the side of contact with the bedding 4, of the sheet body 10.
