A vaccination system is provided for delivering vaccine material to young hens. Such a system includes a vaccine delivery assembly configured to perform a vaccine delivery procedure for delivering vaccine material to young hens. A plurality of positioning devices are provided, each positioning device receiving a young hen for delivery to the vaccine delivery assembly. Each positioning device is carried to fit individually with the vaccine delivery assembly and delivers vaccine material during the vaccine delivery procedure.
