The present invention relates to a guide weight for guiding a growing branch. The present invention provides a guide weight for a fruit tree, comprising: a weight body including a branch mount hole penetrating a growing branch, a first branch insertion slot having an entrance cut from a first lateral surface, which is connected with the branch mount hole, to the branch mount hole, and a slide slot connected from a second lateral surface to the branch mount hole； a catching block inserted into the slide slot and including a second branch insertion slot through which the branch passes； an elastic member interposed between the slide slot and the catching block and providing the restoring force so as to press the branch caught on the catching groove to fix the branch.
