A method of producing a coatable core for a delayed release drug formulation for oral administration to deliver a drug to the colon. The method comprises forming a core comprising a drug. An outer layer coating preparation is formed by combining a first aqueous preparation of an enzymatically degradable polymer which is degradable by colonic bacterial enzymes； a second aqueous preparation of a film-forming enteric polymer having a pH threshold of about pH 6 or above； and an organic anti-tack agent. The core is then coated with the outer layer coating preparation to form an outer layer coated core.L'invention concerne un procédé de production d'un noyau enrobable pour une formulation de médicament à libération retardée destiné à l'administration orale en vue de délivrer un médicament au côlon. Le procédé comprend la formation d'un noyau comprenant un médicament. Une préparation de revêtement de couche externe est formée par combinaison d'une première préparation aqueuse d'un polymère dégradable par voie enzymatique qui est dégradable par des enzymes bactériennes du côlon ； d'une deuxième préparation aqueuse d'un polymère entérique filmogène ayant un seuil de pH d'environ 6 ou plus ； et d'un agent anti-collant organique. Le noyau est ensuite enrobé avec la préparation de revêtement de couche externe pour former un noyau enrobé d'une couche externe.
