PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide oral pharmaceutical formulations enabling long-term storage of the formulation by suppressing formation of analogues derived from a drug component which deteriorates under acid conditions.SOLUTION: The oral pharmaceutical composition of the present invention contains a drug component which deteriorates under acid conditions and an organic system alkaline agent. According to the invention, a dosage form such as an orally disintegrating tablet can be provided and at the same time formation of analogues derived from a drug component can be suppressed even after long-term storage.
