Medizintechnische Vorrichtung, umfassend:eine Manschettenelektrode, die so konfiguriert ist, dass sie an einem Nerv eines Patienten befestigt werden kann；einen ersten Leitungsabschnitt, der sich von der Manschettenelektrode erstreckt und ein distales Ende hat, das an die Manschettenelektrode angeschlossen ist, wobei der erste Leitungsabschnitt eine erste flexible Wellenform enthält, die proximal zum distales Ende angeordnet ist；einen zweiten Leitungsabschnitt mit einer zweiten flexiblen Wellenform, wobei eine Gesamtheit der zweiten flexiblen Wellenform proximal zu einer Gesamtheit der ersten flexiblen Wellenform angeordnet ist； undeine Verankerung, die sich zwischen dem ersten Leitungsabschnitt und dem zweiten Leitungsabschnitt befindet und so konfiguriert ist, dass sie relativ zu einer Nicht-Nerven-Körperstruktur befestigt werden kann；wobei ein proximales Ende des zweiten Leitungsabschnitts so konfiguriert ist, dass es betriebsfähig mit einem implantierbaren Impulsgenerator verbunden werden kann.A medical device comprising: a cuff electrode configured to be attached to a patient's nerve； a first conduit portion extending from the cuff electrode and having a distal end connected to the cuff electrode, the first conduit portion including a first flexible waveform disposed proximal to the distal end； a second conduit section having a second flexible waveform, wherein an entirety of the second flexible waveform is disposed proximal to an entirety of the first flexible waveform； and an anchor located between the first conduit section and the second conduit section and configured to be secured relative to a non-nervous body structure； wherein a proximal end of the second conduit section is configured to operably connect to an implantable pulse generator.
