The subject of the present invention is a pharmaceutical composition containing rifaximin obtained by gastric resistant microgranules which inhibits the release of rifaximin at a pH value of 1.5 to 4.0 and enables release of rifaximin at a pH value of 5.0 to 7.5. And to its use in the treatment or prevention of diseases which are directly or indirectly derived from inflammatory bowel disease.본 발명의 대상은 1.5 내지 4.0의 pH 값에서 리팍시민 방출을 저해하고, 5.0 내지 7.5의 pH 값에서 리팍시민 방출을 가능하게 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 위내성 미세과립에 의해 수득된, 리팍시민을 함유하는 위내성 정제, 그의 수득 방법 및 염증성 장 질환으로부터 직접 또는 간접적으로 유래된 질환의 치료 또는 예방에서의 그의 용도에 관한 것이다.
