Expansion culture of tumor infiltrating lymphocytes (TIL) by tumor necrosis factor receptor superfamily (TNFRSF) agonist and therapeutic combination of TIL and TNFRSF agonist
Tumor infiltrating lymphocytes (TILFRSF) agonists using tumor necrosis factor receptor superfamily (TNFRSF) agonists such as 4-1BB agonists, CD27 agonists, glucocorticoid-induced TNF receptor-related agonists, OX40 agonists, HVEM agonists, or CD95 agonists. Disclosed herein, and the use of such expanded TIL in the treatment of diseases such as cancer.
