PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To exactly examine a state of a road structure by surely discriminating a defect occurring on the traveling surface of the road structure, and also to examine a wall surface of a tunnel or the like together with the traveling surface.SOLUTION: A line sensor camera is adopted for traveling surface photographing means and wall surface photographing means, an illumination range is minimized to reduce the load of image processing by combining images acquired by dividing a plurality of line sensor cameras to generate an image to be used for examination, and the entire device is compactly configured to be mounted on one vehicle for work so that an image can be acquired and that the image can be generated.
