PURPOSE: A breeding method of cattle for the high quality meat production is provided to improve the yield grade and the meat quality grade of meat obtained from the bred cattle. CONSTITUTION: A breeding method of cattle for the high quality meat production comprises the following steps: forming a room for the cattle having the breeding area per head of 8.2-9.46 square-meters； breeding 8 beef cattle in the formed room； freely feeding rice straws to the cattle； and controlling the feeding amount of concentrate feed to the cattle. The feeding amount of the concentrate feed is 3.5-4.5kg/head in one day at first, and the amount increases for 0.20-0.30kg/head in a day every month.본 발명은 소의 사육방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 구체적으로는 두당 사육면적을 8.2 ~ 9.46㎡로 하여 우방을 형성하고, 상기 우방에 비육우 8두를 사육하며, 농후사료는 제한급여하고 볏짚은 자유급여하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고급육 생산을 위한 소의 사육방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 소의 사육방법은 산육단계별 적정 사육면적 및 사육두수를 제공함으로써 성장률 및 근내지방도를 높여 육질을 향상시키므로 육질등급 및 수율등급이 높은 고급육을 생산할 수 있는 효과가 있으며, 고급육의 생산비율을 증대시킴으로서 도체의 등급 판정 시 육질등급이 우수한 비육우의 생산 비율을 높일 수 있다.
