FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, particularly to urology. Method involves urethrotomy and the introduction of a suspension in the urethra consisting of milled buccal mucosa and fibrin-thrombin glue. Produced flap of buccal mucosa is washed in a solution of antibiotics with volume of 2 ml. Flap is fragmented to particles sized to 1 mm； the graft fragments in the antibiotic solution are subjected to centrifugation in mode of 1,700 rpm for 5 minutes. Obtained sediment is resuspended in 1 ml of said antibiotic solution and divided into 2 parts, each of which is mixed with one of two components of fibrin-thrombin glue, equal in volume, wherein total amount of adhesive is calculated by formula: V=0.18πl, where l is a stricture length in cm, determined X-ray, +1 cm, performing an internal optical urethrotomy, method involves installing urethral 16 Ch diameter catheter parallel to which a two-pass ureteral catheter is delivered to the incision site, whereby two components of the glue with suspension of buccal mucosa fragments are introduced simultaneously with the syringe； the urethral catheter is removed 14–21 days after the operation.EFFECT: method enables providing higher effectiveness and reducing intraoperative injuries by minimally invasive intervention and forming an integral, seamless suture of neo-urethra in postoperative recovery.1 cl, 2 dwg, 1 exИзобретение относится к медицине, в частности к урологии.
