PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a leaflet sizer that is small and easy in handling.SOLUTION: A leaflet sizer 100 is provided for determining the size of a leaflet according to the size of a heart valve. The leaflet sizer concerning the present invention has an arc surface-shaped front 10 abutted by a living body, a back surface 20 positioned in the opposite surface side of the front, and a knob part 30 projecting from the back surface. In this way, a handle and a mounting part of this handle are eliminated from a conventional leaflet sizer, and alternatively, a knob part capable of being gripped by forceps or tweezers is formed, and thereby the size can dramatically be miniaturized, while leaving a necessary function of the leaflet sizer.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT【課題】小型で取り扱い易い弁尖サイザーを提供する。【解決手段】本発明は,心臓弁の大きさに応じた弁尖のサイズを決定するための弁尖サイザー100に関する。本発明に係る弁尖サイザーは,生体に当接される円弧面状の正面10と,正面の反対面側に位置する背面20と,背面から突出した摘み部30と,を有する。このように,従来の弁尖サイザーからハンドルとこのハンドルの取付部位をなくし,その代わりに,鉗子やピンセットなどで把持することのできる摘み部を形成することで,弁尖サイザーの必要な機能を残しつつ,そのサイズを劇的に小型化することができる。【選択図】図1
