The present invention relates to a die roll for manufacturing a capsule, which is capable of bonding and cutting a gelatin film to manufacture a capsule including drug or nutritional materials； and a capsule manufacturing apparatus including the same. According to one embodiment of the present invention, a wedge segment comprises: a drug supply unit supplying drug； a bonding surface formed in a cylindrical shape to face each other and rotate in an opposite direction, having the curvature of a shape corresponding to a surface of a pair of die rolls having a plurality of forming molds recessed along an outer circumferential surface, and having an acute end part extended between the engaged die rolls； a direct dropping discharge hole formed at the acute end part of the bonding surface to drop the drug supplied from the drug supply unit at a position in which gelatin films adsorbed on the surface of the die rolls come in contact with each other； and a side discharge hole formed on the bonding surface to drop the drug at a position corresponding to the forming mold of the gelatin film before the gelatin film adsorbed on the surface of each die roll is bonded. Accordingly, the wedge segment supplies the drug on the gelatin film received between the pair of die rolls formed in a cylindrical shape to face each other and rotate in an opposite direction.본 발명은 젤라틴 필름을 접착 및 절단하여 약물이나 영양물을 함유하는 캡슐을 제조할 수 있는 캡슐 제조용 다이 롤러 및 이를 구비한 캡슐 제조 장치에 에 관한 것으로서, 본 발명의 일 형태에 따르면, 약물이 공급되는 약물공급부, 원통형상으로 서로 마주보며 대향되는 방향으로 회전하도록 구비되며, 외측면 둘레를 따라 오목하게 형성되는 성형몰드가 복수개 형성된 한 쌍의 다이롤러의 표면과 대응되는 형상의 곡률을 갖도록 형성되면서, 상기 다이롤러가 서로 맞물리는 사이를 향하여 연장된 첨단부를 갖는 접착면, 상기 다이롤러의 표면에 흡착된 젤라틴 필름이 서로 접합되고 있는 위치에 상기 약물공급부로부터 공급된 약물을 점적하도록 상기 접착면의 첨단부에 형성되는 직하 배출홀, 상기 직하 배출홀로부터 상측으로 이격되어 형성되며, 상기 각 다이롤러의 표면에 흡착된 젤라틴 필름이 접합되기 전에 상기 젤라틴 필름의 성형몰드에 대응하는 위치에 약물을 점적하도록 상기 접착면 상에 형성되는 측면 배출홀을 포함하여, 원통형상으로 서로 마주보도록 배치되어 대향되는 방향으로 회전하는 한 쌍의 다이롤러 사이에 인입되는 젤라틴 필름상에 약물을 공급하는 웻지 세그먼트가 제공된다.
