A nasal delivery device for delivering substance to a nasal cavity of a subject compries: a housing (15) a nosepiece (17) for fitting to a nasal cavity of the subject a mouthpiece (19) through which the subject in use exhales and a flexible coupling (20) which couples the mouthpiece to the housing, wherein the flexible coupling provides for asymmetric translation of the mouthpiece relative to the nosepiece.On décrit un dispositif dadministration nasale servant à administrer une substance dans une cavité nasale dun sujet. Le dispositif dadministration comprend: un boîtier (15) un embout nasal (17) sadaptant à une cavité nasale dun sujet un embout buccal (19) par lequel le sujet expire pendant lutilisation et un accouplement souple (20) qui fixe lembout buccal au boîtier, cet accouplement souple assurant une translation asymétrique de lembout buccal par rapport à lembout nasal.
