PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus capable of electrically heating a plurality kinds of food materials.SOLUTION: The electrically heating apparatus 10 includes a lower side electrode unit 11 and an upper side electrode unit 31. The lower side electrode unit 11 has a plurality of roller electrodes 17 as lower side electrodes. The upper side electrode unit 31 has a plurality of fixed electrodes 34 and 35 as upper side electrodes. A high-frequency current is supplied to the roller electrodes 17 and the fixed electrodes 34 and 35. For electric conduction in food materials during transport with the lower side electrode unit 11, a conveyor belt 44 is disposed on the upper face of the roller electrodes 17.
