PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an industrial antimicrobial mildewproofing composition exerting excellent controlling effects on microbes, etc.SOLUTION: An antimicrobial mildewproofing composition including (A) zinc pyrithione and (B) oxolinic acid is provided. Moreover, an antimicrobial mildewproofing composition additionally including one, two, or more types of compounds selected from the group consisting of benzimidazole compounds, triazole compounds, haloacetylenic compounds, and their salts and an antimicrobial mildewproofing composition additionally including one, two, or more types of compounds selected from the group consisting of methyl-2-benzimidazole carbamate, 2-(4-thiazolyl)benzimidazole, &alpha；-[2-(4-chlorophenyl)ethyl]-&alpha；-(1,1-dimethylethyl)-1H-1,2,4-triazole-1-ethanol, &alpha；-butyl-&alpha；-(2,4-dichlorophenyl)-1H-1,2,4-triazole-1-ethanol, and 3-iodo-2-propinyl-N-butyl carbamate are also provided.
