The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of a coating layer for treating the surface of implants, a coating layer for treating the surface of implants, manufactured thereby and implants including the coating layer. More specifically, the present invention relates to a manufacturing method of a coating layer for treating the surface of implants, a coating layer for treating the surface of implants, manufactured by the method and implants including the coating layer, the manufacturing method of a coating layer comprising the steps of forming a coating layer formed of ceramic biomaterials on base materials； forming a polymer carrier layer to fix active biomaterials on the coating layer formed of ceramic biomaterials； and dipping the active biomaterial on the polymer carrier layer.본 발명은 본 발명은 임플란트 표면처리용 코팅층의 제조방법, 이에 의해 제조된 임플란트 표면처리용 코팅층, 상기 코팅층을 포함하는 임플란트에 관한 것이다. 구체적으로, 본 발명은 (a) 기재 위에 세라믹 생체재료로 이루어진 코팅층을 형성하는 단계； (b) 상기 세라믹 생체재료로 이루어진 코팅층 위에 생체활성물질을 고정하기 위한 고분자 담체층을 형성하는 단계； 및 (c) 상기 고분자 담체층에 생체활성물질을 담지시키는 단계를 포함하는 임플란트 표면처리용 코팅층의 제조방법, 이에 의해 제조된 임플란트 표면처리용 코팅층, 상기 코팅층을 포함하는 임플란트에 대한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 임플란트 표면처리용 코팅층의 제조방법에 의하면 임플란트 기재 상에 에어로졸 데포지션 등을 통해 골유착을 촉진할 수 있는 적당한 표면 거칠기를 가져 생체친화성이 우수한 세라믹 생체재료 코팅층을 형성할 있고, 상기 세라믹 생체재료 코팅층 상에 드롭 캐스팅 등의 매우 간단한 공정으로 생체활성물질이 고정화된 고분자 담체층을 형성할 수 있으며, 이와 같이 형성된 임플란트 표면처리용 코팅층은 콜라젠 등으로 이루어진 담체층과 이에 담지되어 주변 조직으로 지속적으로 방출되는 골 형성 단백질(BMP) 등의 생체활성물질의 상승 작용에 의해 임플란트 시술시 주변 조직 세포의 분화 및 증식을 촉진하여 종래보다 단기간 내에 골유착을 달성할 수 있기 때문에 전술한 본 발명에 따른 임플란트 표면처리용 코팅층은 임플란트 시술에 따른 치료 효과를 현저히 향상시킬 수 있어 치과용 임플란트는 물론 인공 고관절(人工股關節) 등뼈/관절 치료용 임플란트에 포함되어 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.
