The device for the treatment of adductor contracture first brush ray in patients with infantile cerebral palsy. The object of the proposed utility model to provide a device allowing to fix the first metacarpal bone at the retraction position and contrast, while maintaining a certain amount of angular movement of the first brush beam within the functional requirements, in cases where the resulting tonic contraction of the first metacarpal bone. Proposed device of the rod (1) and two bars (2). The rod consists of two parts interconnected by a threaded connection (3) that allows to change its length depending on the distance between the metacarpal bones. Both ends of rods (4) have a spherical shape. Each strap has a curved surface corresponding to a congruent surface of the metacarpal bone (5). One end of the strap is designed as a sphere (6) with an opening, wherein the ball-shaped ends of the rods are arranged. In this scope a hole enables the angular movement of the first brush beam within 40 °. The other end of strap through the strap mounting hole (7) is fixed with the screw (8) to the corresponding metacarpal bone in diaphysis level.Устройство для лечения приводящей контрактуры первого луча кисти у больных детским церебральным параличом. Задачей предлагаемой полезной модели является создание устройства, позволяющего зафиксировать первую пястную кость в положении отведения и противопоставления, при сохранении определенного объема углового перемещения первого луча кисти в пределах функциональной потребности, преимущественно в случаях тонической приводящей контрактуры первой пястной кости. Предлагается устройство, представленное штангой (1) и двумя планками (2). Штанга состоит из двух частей, соединенных между собой резьбовым соединением (3), что позволяет изменять ее длину, в зависимости от расстояния между пястными костями.
