[Problem] To provide a blood test plate which enables the test to be achieved easily with a biochip and is inexpensive, and whereby it becomes possible for a subject to collect blood by himself. [Solution] A blood test plate (1) is equipped with a biochip (4). The blood test plate (1) is provided with: a hollow section (5) in which the biochip (4) is housed and a blood collection section (7). The blood collection section (7) is composed of: a well (8) which is formed on the surface of the plate (1) a syringe needle (9) which is embedded at the center of the well (8) in such an extent that the tip of the syringe needle (9) does not protrude from the surface of the plate (1) and which has an outer diameter of 0.2 mm or less and a protective film (11) which hermetically seals the well (8). The syringe needle (9) is communicated with the hollow section (5). When a finger is pressed against the blood collection section (7), the protective film (11) is deformed and depressed, so that the syringe needle (9) is inserted into the side of the finger.
