The inspection unit includes an overvoltage/overcurrent protection circuit for blocking a leakage current introduced from the outside; a differential amplifier for amplifying voltage input from the sensor; an active low pass filter for passing only a low frequency band signal among signals received from the differential amplifier; a driving amplifier for amplifying the signal passing through the active low pass filter; and an AD converter for converting the signal amplified by the driving amplifier into a digital signal. The handy-type breast cancer examiner of the present invention allows a separate grounding point to be disappeared in a human body so the distance of a measurement position is closer to reduce the impedance, thereby stabilizing a signal for a short period. In addition, a measurement method is non-invasive and an inspection can be performed in a short time so as to be very effective in terms of time economy.
