PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication management system capable dynamically forming a communication network among users based on health and life behavior to support activation of communication on health and life among users.SOLUTION: A computer system is a communication management system for providing communication network information among plural users for each of the plural users. The computer system includes: a storage for storing users' biological information or/and life behavior information which is dynamically acquired in daily life； and a controller that generates communication network information in which a first user is associated with plural other users on the basis of biological information or/and life behavior information of the first user.
