PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stem and leaf-chopping machine capable of surely and finely chopping the stems and leaves put into it and discharging them on a field and also prevent the damage of the stem and leaf-chopping tool by the mixing of stones, etc.SOLUTION: This stem and leaf-chopping tool is provided by installing a hopper 56 for receiving the stems and leaves at the rear part of the machine body of the stem and leaf-treating machine 1, constructing a left and right pair of rotary shafts 50 along the front and rear direction of the machine body, in the lower direction of its bottom dropping port 57, mounting many cutting discs 51 on each of the rotary shafts 50, 50 so as to position the blade tip part of the cutting disc 51 of one of the rotary shaft 50 between the cutting discs 51 of another rotary shaft 50, forming a fine pieces-releasing part 52 by leaving the cutting discs 51, 51 with each other, linking the both rotary shafts 50, 50 with an engine of the stem and leaf-treating machine 1 so as to rotate one of the rotary discs 50, 50 faster than another one and also in an opposing direction and also installing a rotary blade 53 rotating within a horizontal surface in the lower direction of the cutting discs 51.COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT【課題】本発明は、投入された茎葉を確実に細かく切断して圃場に排出すると共に、石などの混入による茎葉細断器の損傷を防止することを目的とする。【解決手段】茎葉処理機1の機体後部に茎葉受けホッパー56を設け、その底部落下口57の下方に、機体2の前後方向に沿う回転軸50を左右一対架設し、各回転軸50、50に多数の切断円板51を取り付けて一方の回転軸50の切断円板51の刃先部が他方の回転軸50の切断円板51の間に位置させると共に、切断円板51、51同士を離して細片放出部52を形成し、そして両回転軸50、50を茎葉処理機1のエンジンに連結して回転軸50、50の一方を他方より高速に且つ互いに向かい合うように逆向きに回転させ、さらに前記切断円板51の下方に、水平面内で回転する回転刃53を設けた。【選択図】図1
