PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a support template for tablet manual distribution, which facilitates management.SOLUTION: The support template for tablet manual distribution is used for a device packaging tablets stored in plural storage parts 91, 91 arranged in six lines in width direction and plural rows in depth direction, has a flat plate shape, and includes plural areas 10, 10 arranged in a matrix shape. When the template is attached on an upper part of the storage parts 91, the areas 10 are matched with the storage parts 91. In each of the areas 10, is formed either a tablet passing permission part 2 permitting passing of the tablet, or a tablet passing block part 3 blocking the passing of the tablet. In the first and fifth lines, the tablet passing permission parts 2 are formed in the areas 10 in the odd-numbered rows, and the tablet passing block parts 3 are formed in the areas 10 in the even-numbers rows. In the third line, the tablet passing block parts 3 are formed in the areas 10 in the odd-numbered rows, and the tablet passing permission parts 2 are formed in the ares 10 in the even-numbers rows. In the second, fourth, and sixth lines, the tablet passing block parts 3 are formed in the areas 10 in all the rows.
