First and second front surfaces of the medicine envelope are folded to the side of a rear surface(10) to be partly overlapped, and side wings(40) prepared on end parts of both sides of the rear surface(10) are folded to the rear surface(10) to be overlapped internally with the first and second front surfaces(20,30). The medicine description is printed on at least one surface among the rear surface(10), first front surface(20) and second front surface(30).
