This invention provides a method for tissue sectioning and histology correlation in magnetic resonance imaging, which comprises the following steps of (A) providing a container that has a shell and a reference component, and the shell defines a containing space that can depose the reference component, (B) fixing a living organism in the containing space, and making the relative position that between the reference component and the living creature be fixed, and then filling the containing space with a embedding medium to form a measured device, and detecting a measured part of the living organism in diffusion magnetic resonance imaging, wherein the embedding medium has a osmotic pressure that substantially similar to the tissue of the living organism, and changing its sate from colloidal to solid at predetermined temperature, (C) making the embedding medium harden, and then aligning at least the part of reference component to section the measured part of the living organism.
