PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a levetiracetam-containing pharmaceutical composition that can prevent the delay of at least one of disintegration and elution of the levetiracetam-containing pharmaceutical composition, which occurs with the passage of time, and a method for producing the same, and a method and an agent for preventing the delay of at least one of disintegration and elution of the levetiracetam-containing pharmaceutical composition.SOLUTION: A levetiracetam-containing pharmaceutical composition contains levetiracetam, and an agent for preventing the delay of at least one of disintegration and elution.
