The present invention relates to a cultivation method of Shiitake mushroom, and, more specifically, to a cultivation method of Shiitake mushroom, which is able to increase the harvesting amount and the harvesting cycle by inserting wood needles into a medium； provides nutrients necessary to cultivate the Shiitake mushroom by using pyroligneous liquor as a nutrient solution used for wood needles； and is able to prevent a propagation of other bacteria such as Penicillium and to sterilize bacteria.본 발명은 표고버섯의 재배방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 목침을 배지에 삽입함으로써 수확량 및 수확 주기를 늘릴 수 있고, 목침에 사용되는 영양액으로 목초액을 사용함으로써, 표고버섯의 재배에 필요한 영양 성분을 제공함과 동시에, 푸른 곰팡이와 같은 잡균의 번식을 막고 살균할 수 있는 표고버섯의 재배방법에 관한 것이다.
