PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the occurrence of a human error while suppressing an increase in a work time in a drug mixing preparation management device.SOLUTION: A display control part of the drug mixing preparation management device of an embodiment displays a list display of drugs to be objects of mixing preparation and a required number of in the mixing preparation previously instructed to each drug on a display screen of a display device prior to an audit process. A storage part can previously store specific information which corresponds to a drug of a sales package unit and can specify the drug and a preparation package unit number included in the sales package unit of the drug while associating the specific information with the preparation package unit number.
