PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a threshing cylinder for a thresher, capable of reducing a load of an assembly work, preventing congestion of grain culms, and preventing deformation of front and rear plates to which a tooth support rod is attached.SOLUTION: A threshing cylinder for a thresher comprises: a rotary body (12) and a threshing cylinder shaft (20) for supporting the rotary body (12). The rotary body (12) comprises a front rotary body (13) formed into an almost conical shape on whose outer peripheral part, transport spirals (15, 16) are provided and a rear rotary body (14) disposed on a rear side of the front rotary body (13). A tooth support rod (34B) is attached with a prescribed gap in a peripheral direction, to an outer peripheral part of the rear rotary body (14). The tooth support rod (34B) is formed of support rod body parts (36B) extended in a cross direction and plural teeth (35) implanted on outer peripheral parts of the support rod body parts (36B), and a cross section of the support rod body part (36B) is formed into a turned U-shape, and an opening in the turned U-shape is disposed on an upstream side of the rotation direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT【課題】組立作業の負担を軽減し、穀稈の停滞を防止し、扱歯支持杆を装着する前板及び後板の変形を防止する脱穀装置の扱胴を提供する。【解決手段】回転体(12)と、回転体(12)を支持する扱胴軸(20)で形成し、回転体(12)を、外周部に搬送螺旋(15,16)が設けられた略円錐形状の前回転体(13)と、前回転体(13)の後側に位置する後回転体(14)で形成し、後回転体(14)の外周部に、周方向に所定の間隔を隔てて扱歯支持杆(34B)を装着し、扱歯支持杆(34B)を、前後方向に延在する支持杆本体部(36B)と、支持杆本体部(36B)の外周部に植設された複数の扱歯(35)で形成し、支持杆本体部(36B)の断面形状をコの字形状に形成し、該コの字形状の開放部を回転方向の上手側に位置させることにより解決される。【選択図】図9
