PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide neutron deceleration radiation equipment and an extension collimator capable of accurately radiating a neutron ray with high intensity.SOLUTION: Neutron deceleration radiation equipment 2 comprises: a deceleration part 21 for decelerating a neutron ray generated by a neutron source by radiation of a charged particle ray a reflection part 22 for surrounding the deceleration part 21 and reflecting the neutron ray and a collimator part 24 for forming a radiation field of the neutron ray which is decelerated by the deceleration part 21. The collimator part 24 has: a partition wall part 24 which is arranged on a downstream side of the deceleration part 21 in a radiation direction of the charged particle ray, and has a hole part 124 whose diameter is decreased toward the radiation direction of teh charged particle ray and a nozzle part 30 which is arranged on a downstream side of the partition wall part 24 in the radiation direction of the charged particle ray, protrudes toward the radiation direction from a peripheral edge of the hole part 124, and has an open hole 130 on its center. The nozzle part 30 has a reflection material forming an inner wall of the open hole 130, and a shield material for surrounding the reflection material.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2COPYRIGHT: (C)2019,JPO&INPIT【課題】中性子線を高い強度で精密に照射することが可能な中性子減速照射装置及び延長コリメータを提供する。【解決手段】中性子減速照射装置2は、荷電粒子線が照射されて中性子源が発生した中性子線を減速させる減速部21と、減速部21の周囲を囲み中性子線を反射する反射部22と、減速部21によって減速された中性子線の照射野を整形するコリメータ部24とを備え、コリメータ部24は、荷電粒子線の照射方向における減速部21の下流側に配置され、荷電粒子線の照射方向に向かって縮径する孔部124を有する隔壁部24と、荷電粒子線の照射方向における隔壁部24の下流側に配置され、孔部124の周縁から照射方向に向かって突出し、中央に貫通孔130を有するノズル部30とを有する。ノズル部30は、貫通孔130の内壁を成す反射材と、反射材の周囲を囲む遮蔽材とを備える。【選択図】図2
