PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat sterilization device capable of effectively preventing damages caused by a thermal stress.SOLUTION: Provided is a heat sterilization device 1 which includes: a leg body 10 extended in a vertical direction; a stiffening plate 20 bonded to an upper part of the led body 10; a cylindrical treatment tank 30 whose peripheral surface is supported by being loaded on the stiffening plate 20; and a treatment-tank first fixing part 40 which fixes the treatment tank 30 to the stiffening plate 20.
