The present invention relates to a biofeedback system for suppressing essential tremor and a method thereof. The biofeedback system includes a gyro sensor part which is attached to a joint where tremor incidence is frequent and senses various tremors in real time and a sensory stimulus part which analyzes tremor sensed through the gyro sensor part and generates sensory stimulus. The present invention prevents a user from feeling pains and inconvenience by analyzing the tremor state of the user and applying sensory stimulus suitable for the tremor state of the user and suppresses and alleviates tremors.
