The present invention relates to a knee protector which functions to alleviate pains in a knee joint of a human body and protect the knee joint, comprising: an upper wearing part which is worn on an upper thigh around a knee joint of a human body a lower wearing part which is worn on a lower leg of the human body around the knee joint a pair of protector bodies which are disposed and supported on both sides of the knee joint of the human body in connection with the upper wearing part and the lower wearing part, wherein each of the protector bodies includes an upper post whose one end in the length direction is coupled to the upper wearing part, and whose the other end in the length direction includes an upper hinge, and a lower post whose one end in the length direction is coupled to the lower wearing part, and whose the other end in the length direction includes a lower hinge rotatably coupled to the upper hinge, wherein the entire length of the lower post is adjustable and a middle wearing part which is disposed between the lower wearing part and the knee joint of the human body to be coupled to the protector bodies so as to be worn on the lower leg of the human body.
