PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intracavitary lighting device which facilitates insertion of an intracorporeal device into a body cavity and which improves transmission efficiency, in a configuration in which power for lighting is transmitted in a non-contact manner from an external device to the intracorporeal device.SOLUTION: An intracavitary lighting device includes an external device 3 which can feed power to an intracorporeal device 2 in a non-contact manner from the outside of the body. The external device has: a power feeding magnetic field generation part 51 for generating a magnetic field for power feeding and an adsorption magnetic field generation part 53 for generating a magnetic field for adsorption with respect to the intracorporeal device. The intracorporeal device has: a rod-like power receiving side housing an intracorporeal magnetic path forming member 21 for forming a magnetic circuit for intensively transmitting the magnetic field for power feeding a power receiving side coil 22 wound around the intracorporeal magnetic path forming member a lighting unit 23 for lighting inside the body and an adsorption part 24 for generating adsorption power with respect to the external device by the magnetic field for adsorption.
