A non-toxic organic weed growth inhibitor is provided. An aqueous solution containing 1% low-alcohol concentration is obtained by fermenting and distilling a plant (e.g., corn) provided with natural fermentative capability by adding sucrose and yeast, the solution is capable of affecting the yield of organisms and plants to attain expected purposes. The process of adding sucrose and yeast to the plant provided with natural fermentative capability and rapidly performing fermentation to obtain the aqueous solution containing 1% low-alcohol concentration is considered as a primary process, and the aqueous solution is particularly added in a mosquitocidal agent or sprayed to plant leaves and added in water for removing chlorolla cell wall. Besides, an aqueous solution containing 1% alcohol concentration can be equally obtained by adding edible alcohol into the distilled water after being blended, which is the same as the above-described aqueous solution containing 1% low-alcohol concentration and has the same effects connected therewith in claims but not the subject matter of the applicant.
