PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical tomographic imaging apparatus which facilitates searching for desired test data and thereby allows test efficiency to be improved.SOLUTION: The optical tomographic imaging apparatus has: tomographic image acquisition means that scans measurement light with which the eye to be tested is irradiated and that acquires a tomographic image； two-dimensional image acquisition means that scans two-dimensional image imaging light with which the eye to be tested is irradiated and that acquires a two-dimensional image； patient information storage means which stores an image acquired by the tomographic image acquisition means and the scanning type two-dimensional image acquisition means together with information about a patient； and display means.
