A multi chamber dispensing capsule, comprising a first 14 and second cavity 16, that may contain separate disinfectant reagents, with openings at first end of the body 4, separated by a dividing wall 18； and a flexible seal, covering the openings, is bonded strongly to a peripheral wall and weakly to the dividing wall, so upon application of pressure, the latter breaks first, allowing mixing of cavity contents before peripheral seal breaks. Preferably, the dividing member comprises a recession or hole. Preferably, first and second chamber collapses concertina style and comprises a burst pin (figure 4, 22, 20) to break peripheral seal. An assembly with dispensing cap in fluid communication with the neck of chamber. Preferably, a cap (figure 16, 38) crushes the cavity as it is screwed onto the neck of the chamber, causing rupture of the seal. Preferably, the capsule and neck have ribs and grooves respectively, with barcode and scanner.
