PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrode catheter in which abnormal temperature elevations (high temperature parts) are not generated in portions of an electrode tip during cauterization, which is excellent in cooling of the electrode tip surface and inhibition of thrombus formation on the electrode tip surface, and can carry out cauterization efficiently.SOLUTION: The electrode catheter includes a catheter shaft 10 having a lumen 11 that serves as a liquid channel, an insulated irrigation member 20 connected to the distal side of the catheter shaft 10, and the electrode tip 30 connected to the distal side of the insulated irrigation member 20.
