PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric winch can reduce operation noise, and can stably prevent the looseness of a belt.SOLUTION: The electric winch 1 includes the belt 2 connected to a wheelchair, a drum 25 capable of taking up and feeding the belt 2, and an electric motor 5 for normally and reversely rotating and driving the drum 25.
