The present invention provides an adhesive skin patch comprising a support and an adhesive agent layer arranged on the support, wherein the adhesive agent layer contains at least rivastigmine and/or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof and a specific acrylic adhesive agent. The adhesive skin patch according to the present invention may be composed of only the support and the adhesive agent layer.
