PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To acquire accurate patient information necessary for treatment within limited time by acquiring the patient information clearly.SOLUTION: In an automatic inquiry apparatus, which includes main memory means for storing inquiry items, inquiry output means for outputting inquiry contents on a display screen, inquiry input means having a video camera and a microphone for acquiring patient information, patient information storing means, communication means for transmitting the patient information to a medical worker terminal, and control means, acquires patient information including a patient image taken while the patient is answering the inquiry items for every automatic inquiry, stores the patient information for every patient in the patient information storing means, displays the stored patient information acquired at different times on the medical worker terminal of a medical institution connected by a predetermined line, and allows a medical worker to compare and examine the plurality pieces of patient information acquired at different times with respect to the same inquiry item, the patient information to answer includes such pieces of information that the patient has selected or answered with respect to the inquiry items by means of a symptom scale set in advance and stored in the main memory means.COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT【課題】明確な患者情報を得て、診療に必要とされるより正確な患者情報を限られた時間内で取得可能とする。【解決手段】問診事項を記憶する主記憶手段と、ディスプレイ画面に問診内容を出力する問診出力手段と、ビデオカメラおよびマイクロホンを有し患者情報を取得する問診入力手段と、患者情報記憶手段と、患者情報を医療従事者端末に送信する通信手段と、制御手段とを備え、問診事項に対して回答する際の患者画像を含む患者情報を自動問診毎に取得して、患者ごとに患者情報記憶手段に蓄積し、蓄積した異なる時期の患者情報を所定の回線で接続された医療機関の医療従事者端末に表示させることにより、同一問診事項に対する異なる時期の複数の前記患者情報を比較・検討できるようにした自動問診装置において、回答する患者情報として問診事項に対して予め定めて主記憶手段に記憶させた症状スケールにより患者が選択・回答したものを含む。【選択図】図1
