The present invention relates to a stem cell comprising a reversible fluorescent photoswitch compound, a composition for diagnosing cancer comprising the same, and a method for providing information for diagnosing cancer using the composition. Stem cells comprising the reversible fluorescent photoswitch compound of the present invention can be injected into the body and moved to cancer tissue, as well as fluorescence can be turned on or off at high contrast depending on the wavelength of light to be irradiated, thereby causing autofluorescence in vivo. It can be used to diagnose cancer very accurately without problems to be distinguished from.본 발명은 가역성 형광 포토스위치(photoswitch) 화합물을 포함하는 줄기세포, 이를 포함하는 암 진단용 조성물, 및 상기 조성물을 이용한 암의 진단을 위한 정보 제공 방법에 관한 것이다.본 발명의 가역성 형광 포토스위치 화합물을 포함하는 줄기세포는 체내 주입되어 암 조직으로 이동할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 조사되는 빛의 파장에 따라 고대비로 형광이 켜지거나 꺼질 수 있어, 생체내 존재하는 자가형광으로부터 구별되어야 하는 문제 없이 매우 정확하게 암을 진단하는데 사용될 수 있다.
