The lid member for a fermentation container of the present invention coupled to an opening portion of the container for fermentation comprises: a lid coupled to the opening portion, having an interconnection hole to be interconnected to the inside of the container； and a trap member detachably coupled to the interconnection hole of the lid, exhausting gas generated inside the container to the outside through sealing water filled in an exhaust trap pipe.본 발명은 발효과정에서 발생되는 가스의 압력이 일정한 기준치를 초과할 때 용기의 외부로 가스를 자동으로 배기시킬 수 있는 발효용기용 뚜껑부재 및 이를 갖는 발효용기에 관한 것이다.이러한 본 발명의 발효용기용 뚜껑부재는, 발효를 위한 용기의 개구부에 결합되는 뚜껑부재에 있어서, 상기 개구부에 결합되어 용기의 내부에 연통되도록 연통공이 형성된 뚜껑, 상기 뚜껑의 연통공에 분리가능하게 결합되어 용기 내에서 발생된 가스를 배기트랩파이프에 채워진 봉수를 통해 외부로 배기시키는 트랩부재를 포함하는 것이다.
