PURPOSE: A composition of feminine hygiene containing complex crude drug fermentation extract is provided to ensure synergistic antibacterial and anti-inflammatory effects. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing complex crude drug fermentation extract comprises: a step of mixing green tea, Cnidium officinale MAKINO, Angelicae gigantis Radix, Curcumae longae Rhizoma, and Perilla frutescens var. japonica extract； a step of fermenting the mixture using Lactic acid bacterium to prepare a fermentation； and a step of testing antibacterial and anti-inflammatory effects and safety of the fermentation. The lactic acid bacterium is Lactobacilus Bulgaricus. A feminine hygiene composition contains the extract and is formed in a liquid formulation or semi-solid formulation.
